We are seeking someone to support and strengthen our back-office team.

You should be meticulously detail orientated and efficient, able to deal calmly with input from several sources and thrive on creating order whilst in an environment which is often hectic. A resilient can-do attitude and great sense of humour are essential.

Duties will include involvement in many aspects of company activity including:

  • General office support
  • Assistance in preparing client quotations
  • Project Management system organisation & upkeep
  • Database and records maintenance
  • Attending and documenting meetings (internal, client and site)
  • Uploading notes & helping create systems and procedures
  • Logging & uploading Staff time sheets
  • Basic bookkeeping *
  • Occasional PA duties to a director

* related experience desirable but is not essential


Candidate Requirements

  • Confident, outgoing, friendly and personable
  • A team player who can work well as part of the team and independently with minimal oversight
  • Organisational wizardry
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite or similar platform
  • Proven track record for this kind of work
  • Ability to work and deliver on tasks of competing priority


Contract Type

  • Full time preferred, part time considered
  • Flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate



£30,000 – £35,000 dependent on the applicant’s skills and experience
