Your day-to-day contact for queries, updates and coordination. Brings warmth, clarity and efficiency to the client experience. Melissa also assists with client accounts and billing, working closely with Debbie to ensure everything stays on track.
Keeps everything running smoothly, Debbie is the longest-standing team member who first
came to Bonsai for a timber floor over 15 years ago and never left! Debbie oversees bookkeeping, billing and operations.
