Which service do I need?
Most floors fall into one of these three categories. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise.
Light Maintenance & Protection
If your floor is starting to look tired but isn’t heavily worn, this is often the right place to start.
- Deep clean to remove built-up dirt and residues
- Reapplication of a protective layer
- Minimal disruption
- Helps prevent more costly work later
Restoration / Recoat
If the finish has worn and floor has lost depth and consistency, restoration is needed.
- Light sanding or preparation of the surface
- Reapplication of oils or lacquers
- Brings back colour, tone and protection
Full Refurbishment
For floors heavily worn, damaged, or uneven, a full refurbishment is the right approach.
- Full sand back to raw timber
- Repair of damaged areas where needed
- Complete refinishing of the surface
