What Is the Ronda Design Magnetika System?

The Magnetika system by Ronda Design is a magnetic wall solution designed to bring flexibility, order and clarity to contemporary interiors. This year, we specified the Ronda Design Magnetika system for The Hollow, a residential project where the clients were seeking a refined wall solution that combined function with visual restraint.

The brief called for a feature that could support a television and a growing book collection while maintaining the calm, balanced character of the space. Magnetika offered the flexibility required, allowing us to create a composed layout that felt considered and intentional.

Through careful planning and collaboration with Ronda Design, the final wall became both a practical storage solution and a strong visual anchor within the room. Importantly, it gives the clients the freedom to adjust shelving and accessories as their needs evolve, and book collection grows.

Caddy MAXXI: A Smart, Value-Focused Option

For projects requiring medium to large wall surfaces, Ronda Design’s Caddy MAXXI offers a particularly effective and economical solution.

The Caddy MAXXI was created to meet the need to design larger compositions using the Magnetika system. By utilising a series of selected panels, it allows designers to optimise layouts while also achieving clear economic benefits.

This makes it an excellent option where scale is important but budgets still need careful consideration, delivering the same core advantages of Magnetika, with a more efficient approach to surface coverage.

The Magnetika Wall in Our Bonsai Studio

We’ve also installed a Ronda Design Magnetika wall in our own Bonsai studio, where it functions as a working system rather than a static display.

The wall supports our mounted television alongside rotating material and finish samples, with shelving and accessories that are adjusted regularly depending on the need. This allows us to reconfigure the wall as needed, whether we’re updating samples, preparing presentations or adapting the space for different uses. It offers a practical demonstration of how Magnetika performs in everyday use and highlights its adaptability beyond residential settings.
