The Foxglove project centred on creating a new interior scheme for the home from the ground up, shaping each space to improve function, comfort and everyday use. The brief combined neutral living areas with splashes of colour and character throughout the property, resulting in a home that feels calm, personal and well-balanced.
The project began with a set of core design concepts, supported by plans for the living/dining area and the garden room. This stage covered initial layout ideas, colour direction and early material and furniture considerations to establish the overall approach.
Following the concept work, we refined layouts, set colour schemes and developed proposals across the key rooms of the home. We also supplied the flooring and produced a bespoke dining table through our skilled carpentry team.
Key points included:
Kitchen material and detailing suggestions
Updated layouts in main living areas
Integration of existing furniture with new selections
Joinery ideas, including an under-stair wine rack
Window treatments, accessories and feature wall concepts
Considered use of colour in spaces such as the garden room and upstairs snug
We provided the full home lighting design, creating a detailed Occhio lighting plan for all main rooms and circulation areas. The lighting system enhances day-to-day usability and supports the character and function of each room. This included:

Full technical lighting plans
Integration with Occhio Air for smart control via wall devices and the app
Ninety-five hours were allocated for the conceptual interior and lighting design stages, with additional time for any specialist drawings to be discussed as required. Unused hours were carried forward as the project developed.
The result is that the project delivers, neutral living spaces paired with colour in areas where it adds interest and personality, such as the garden room and snug. The supplied flooring and Occhio lighting system further support the overall design, creating a cohesive and practical result. The clients are very happy with the direction and outcome.
